Step 1
Open the in-game phone
Enter the main menu after the phone and mailbox are available.
Step 2
Select the three-dot menu
Use the button in the upper-right beside the character information.
Step 3
Select Redeem Code
Enter the code exactly and select Confirm.
Step 4
Open Mail
Claim the delivered reward from the in-game mailbox.
