Select Redeem Code from the official Web Store rather than looking for an in-game redemption menu.
Step 2
Sign in to your Scopely Account
Use the account connected to the commander profile that should receive the items.
Step 3
Enter the code
Submit the exact published code and confirm the intended profile.
Step 4
Check the account
The official guide says items are sent automatically; reopen the game if the reward is not immediately visible.
