Copy the character UID
Open the governor profile and use the identifier for the character that should receive the reward.
Step 2
Get the verification code
Request the temporary verification code from the account settings in the current client.
Step 3
Use the official redemption page
Enter the UID, verification code, and gift code exactly.
Step 4
Check in-game mail
Return to the selected character and claim the delivered reward before its mail expires.

Yes, but codes are short-lived and can be restricted by account or region. No code is labeled active here without two current independent confirmations.

Use the official Rise of Kingdoms redemption page with the character UID and verification code, or the redemption route exposed by the current client.
Why can a valid-looking code fail?
