NTE servers and cross-progression — keep the same account and progress
Choose among Asia, America, Europe, and SEA, then preserve progress across PC, Mac, PS5, Android, and iOS with the correct login identity.
NTE operates four independent servers: Asia, America, Europe, and SEA. Progress does not move between them. Cross-platform progress works only when the same game account or supported login identity selects the same server.
Choose the nearest suitable server first
Perfect World Games recommends the server closest to the player for a stable connection. Confirm where friends play before creating long-term progress. A character on America remains separate from a character on Europe even when both use the same email.
Keep one login identity
PWG accounts work across supported platforms. Windows supports email, Facebook, and Google; iOS and Mac add Sign in with Apple; PlayStation can use PSN or email. Different third-party providers create separate accounts even when they belong to the same person.
Write down the provider as well as the email address. “Google with this address” and “email with this address” can still be different identities.
Move from PC or mobile to PlayStation safely
Before opening the existing progress on PlayStation, link a PWG Email account from Settings → User Center on the original PC or mobile client. On PlayStation, select PWG Email and sign in. The PSN account then links to that game account.
Do not create a new character first and assume it can be merged later. Confirm the expected nickname, UID, and server before making a purchase.
Steam, Epic, and Galaxy Store
Steam and Epic support email, Facebook, and Google login. Samsung Galaxy Store supports a Perfect World Games account and syncs progress with other platforms on the same server. Select the login provider already used by the existing character.
Missing-progress checklist
- Confirm Asia, America, Europe, or SEA.
- Confirm the exact provider, not only the email text.
- Confirm the expected UID and character name.
- Close the new session before changing links.
- Contact official support before unlinking an account or spending on a new character.
Cross-play is broad, but it does not erase server and identity boundaries. Those two checks solve the most preventable account mistake.
