RAID Blessings and Awakening guide — match the bonus to the Champion's job

Understand Souls, Awakening levels and Blessing selection without treating a popular recommendation as universal across every mode.

TierEpoch·Intermediate·6 min·Published 2026-09-09·Applies to Current live build; Blessing balance can change

A magical RAID boss battle representing advanced Champion power

Awakening adds a separate build layer

Souls awaken a specific Champion and unlock Blessing choices. The Awakening level controls how far that Blessing develops, so a recommendation must consider both the Champion and the Soul currently owned.

Choose the Blessing for the Champion's actual mode and job. A boss damage option, Arena survival effect and support utility can all be strong while solving different problems. Read the current in-game description because exact values and conditions can change with balance updates.

Do not rebuild a working Champion blindly

A Blessing should reinforce the team plan. If a debuffer already meets Accuracy and acts at the correct time, select an effect that adds useful pressure or protection without breaking those stats. If a Champion belongs to a Demon Lord Speed tune, confirm that the Blessing does not introduce Turn Meter or timing behavior that changes the sequence.

High-rarity Souls are scarce. Compare the gain with the Champion's long-term use across modes before committing exchange resources.

Test against the same encounter

Change one Blessing, keep the team and stage stable, and compare several runs. Look for the effect it was meant to improve: survival, boss damage, control or Arena response. This prevents a visually impressive proc from hiding a weaker overall result.
