Hethereau supports quick travel and street-level exploration. Use the first when you are clearing objectives and the second when you want to discover the city around them.
Unlock phone booths and towers
ReroRero Phone Booths form the common teleport network. Wertheimer Towers provide a major point in each district. Activate both as soon as you enter a new area so later commissions never require a long return trip.
Anomaly Zones are distorted pockets within the city. The Ghost Train is an anomaly-space traversal feature; Beyond the Rails is separate train-themed challenge content. Neither replaces the everyday teleport network.
Drive through the city
The Novis ST-X 950 sports car makes street travel quick, and the vehicle system also supports races. Hethereau is designed with enough roadside detail that driving can be part of the activity rather than dead time between markers.
Establish a home base
The Anomaly Property system lets you buy homes with Fons from the Leon Estate Group. The Wiener Apartment in Illusion Town can become an early base between commissions. Combining unlocked teleports, a vehicle and a home keeps every district easy to revisit.
Choose movement by intent
Teleport when returning to a known vendor, commission or upgrade route. Drive when the route itself may reveal a street activity or landmark. Use the Ghost Train for its dedicated journey rather than treating it as a replacement for the everyday network.
When entering a new district, make one practical loop: unlock the major point, activate nearby booths and finish the current objective. Mark gated discoveries for later instead of searching for a workaround before the relevant system appears. Efficient exploration preserves curiosity by removing repeated travel, not by skipping the city.
